Our products are fulfilled by Zopi, a trusted partner that helps us access a wide range of unique, made-to-order items. Orders are shipped from various locations, which may occasionally result in longer delivery times.
3. How long does shipping take?
Due to fulfillment through Zopi, processing typically takes 2–7 business days, and delivery can take 7–15 business days, depending on the item and your location. Please allow extra time during holidays or high-demand seasons.
4. Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the U.S. at this time. However, international shipping may be available for select items and destinations.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow your package from start to finish.
6. What’s your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
