Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. Items must still meet the return conditions listed above.

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
